Sublime publishes its self-hosted images in Amazon ECR, and they're available to authorized customers only. Self-hosting is available on AWS only.

Contact Sublime support so your AWS account(s) are authorized to pull images from Amazon ECR. Deployments from unauthorized accounts will fail.
