Functions in the ip package

ip.in_range

ip.in_range(ip: IP | string, ...ranges: string) → boolean

Checks whether ip falls inside one or more of the given ranges. Each range can be a single IP address (e.g. "10.0.0.5"), a CIDR block (e.g. "10.0.0.0/8"), or an IP range (e.g. "10.0.0.1-10.0.0.10"). Returns true if ip matches any range, false if it matches none, or null if ip or any range fails to parse.

ip.in_range is eligible for use in Exclusions, unlike most enrichment functions.
