Overview

Blocklisting uses Rules and Lists to automatically quarantine messages that match a blocklist entry, independent of Attack Score and ASA verdicts. Blocklisting operates at the org level.

Blocklisting sender email addresses is supported out of the box.

Sender email addresses

Sublime blocks sender email addresses using the $blocklisted_senders List and the Blocklisted Senders Rule. The Rule automatically quarantines a message (using the Auto-quarantine Action) when the sender's email address is in $blocklisted_senders.

Add or remove email addresses from $blocklisted_senders using the block button next to the sender's email address in the Message content section of the message details page. You can also manage entries from the Lists page or API (see Lists API Reference).
